We’d like to welcome our new coach, Thanh, to our software development team in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Trahn joins our existing coaching team, Pha, Duy and Tiem. With excellent communication skills and a wealth of project management experience, our coaches are vital to helping us deliver our client’s digital projects on time, to scope and to budget.
Guided by our Software Development Leads, our coaches ensure web and app development projects are executed efficiently; facilitating regular communication between our technical team in Vietnam and our UK based consultancy team so clients are kept up to speed on a project's progress.
Going above and beyond is common practice for our coaches. They are also responsible for ensuring a project is effectively broken down into our agile development sprint cycles where issues and any requests for change (RFC’s) are captured and where necessary built into forward development sprints with agreement from our clients. Throughout the software development cycle, the coaches are proactive at flagging potential issues, as well as positive progress that enables the entire B13 team (UK and Vietnam) to work together to solve issues and delight our clients.
Our skilled coaches based in Vietnam support our UK based Mission Managers throughout the whole product development journey from scoping, design, agile sprints through to delivery and finally UAT. Their contribution to the process ensures effective communication with our clients, providing regular updates that help manage stakeholder expectations regarding the agreed projects delivery scope, timing and budget.
